Course Description
Study of hardware and software components of computers, and the impact of computers on society. Discussions of the capabilities and limitations of computers, and the kinds of problems that are best solved by computers. Experience with using personal computers productivity tools to solve problems. Emphasis on the major uses of computers. Not designed for the computer science major.

Labs

Labs are going to cover 2003 version of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. All labs are going to be held in SC 1503A. Please have a USB flash drive with you in the labs to save your work.

Grading will be based on:

Make-up exams and late assignment policy
